- Techniques how to assimilate Chi (life energy) in the body
- How to direct the healing energy to your hands
- Different grip techniques to work on the energy channels (nadis)
- How to work on different points to release the blockages in the body
- How to apply deep pressure using your body weight and gravity, instead of your muscles and
joints
- Yoga stretches
